Our TEachers
Our teachers are both devoted students and masters of their traditions. We co-create every class with them. That means they’re not told what to teach, instead they bring forward the practices they believe the world needs.
These might be different from the yoga or meditation classes you’re used to. They might be slower, more intentional, less performative.

Jñāna (pronounced nyaa-na) is a subscription-based platform offering Eastern wisdom masterclasses in meditation, yoga, breathwork, and philosophy. All classes are exclusive to Jñāna and created in collaboration with leading experts across Indian traditions.
Yes. Jñāna is available as a mobile app on iOS and Google Play. Members can also access classes on a desktop via our webapp (though some features may be mobile-only).
While we recognise the limits of learning through a screen, our goal is to share wisdom from the source and make it more accessible. But this isn’t another self-optimisation app. We don’t gamify wellness. Jñāna is a space to learn, reflect, and explore curated programs built to meet the deeper challenges of our time.
Our first set of teachers are based in India. Each is a devoted student of their tradition with decades of experience, many with over 30 years of teaching. You’ll find a teacher for every kind of seeker on Jñāna—across age groups, energy levels, teaching styles, and traditions.
